Recipes for gluten allergy?

We have a gluten allergy in our house, so I'm always looking for new recipes that everyone, the kids included, will enjoy. Does anyone have any suggestions for gluten-free recipes or maybe websites with recipes that they'd recommend?

Re: Recipes for gluten allergy?

My mother-in-law has a gluten allergy, so when I've hosted her for dinner I've looked to the Food Network for ideas. They have a gluten-free recipe section of their site that is pretty comprehensive and has good ideas. Check it out:

Re: Recipes for gluten allergy?

Are you on pinterest? I've seen a lot of tasty-looking gluten-free recipes come up on my pinterest feed. Might a be good source of some new recipes for your family. Just do a seach for "gluten free" in the search bar at the top left of the pinterest homepage.

Are you on Twitter? My sister's middle son has a gluten allergy. I just spied her Twitter account and here are a few people she follows on this topic (many have blogs and websites you can check out too):

Re: Recipes for gluten allergy?

Is it a gluten sensitivity or celiac? I helped my son overcome many food allergies, including anaphylaxis to nuts, egg white, etc. He can now tolerate (some) gluten without the severe eczema, but we still don't give it to him. If you're looking for a potential solution to a gluten issue, call me. I'd be happy to share what worked for us. (303) 817-6947.
